Kind of a truncated conversation between Paul and I concerning a certain Professor:

Paul: Is that Professor Chronotis from SHADA next to him on the plane?!! It just occurred to me that TECHNICALLY he should be dead (Time Lord and all), but there's also the DIRK GENTLY's version, I suppose, so maybe not!

Shawn: Yeah. I loved the new Gareth Roberts Shada book and the Prof. Chronotis talks about reading Hitchhikers in a kind of one off way. But let's stick with the Dirk Gently version. Which is pretty much exactly the Shada version (he just doesn't call his time machine a TARDIS or refer to Time Lords).

Maybe he could mutter something about Cleopatra wearing awful earrings and reeking of cat food and death?




Paul says: And for anyone who says, "But what about the Time War?!" Two words: Dirk Gently.
